So very appreciative of Rudy and Spencer! They not only resolved our issues but they spent so much time with me after the repairs, explaining and training me on the equipment. Their patience abounds! And they really know their stuff! So grateful for their time and expertise!!

Rudy was fantastic; he solved a door access code issue in a matter of minutes after arriving. Even was out on the same day our building management called! He simply made everything work after taking the time to learn what we required!

Rudy was amazing! He explained what the issue could be with our maglock not working and stopped by to fix our clickers the same day!

Great experience. Our tech Rudy showed up just hours after called the day of and was able to get the system up, working and us trained on how to use it. He was polite, kind and very thoughtful of how to implement and use the product for our needs. Would recommend! Thank you!

The technician (Rudy) came by and did a good job helping me with my request to move our access control software. He was easy to work with and we continue to be glad to be working with DSS.
