Statement Regarding COVID-19

To:  The Customers & Employees of Dallas Security Systems:

At Dallas Security Systems, the well-being of our clients, employees and communities is our priority. We recognize that the public is very concerned about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and want to assure you that we are actively monitoring the situation and taking precautions prescribed by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Since 1978, Dallas Security Systems has taken the utmost care in providing the best service possible to our customers as well as an excellent work environment for our employees.  In light of the current public health concerns, we want to let you know that we are making every effort to continue to provide the best in security services while at the same time limiting risk to your family, your employees and our employees.  

For us to keep in step with recommended health practices we will ask some screening questions when customers call to book service calls or system installations.  We hope to protect your family, employees and our staff from any unnecessary exposure.

Dallas Security Systems is taking the following health measures during the time of this crisis:

  • Reinforcement of health standards as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control has been communicated to all our employees.
  • All our technicians and managers in the field will have the necessary products in their vehicles so they can self-sanitize and to sanitize where they have been in either a home or business.
  • We have cancelled all meetings with our vendors coming into our office until further notice.

Additionally, we are closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation in order to respond to and prioritize the needs of our clients, as well as the health and safety of our employees. In the meantime, we will continue to stay connected with you on any updates.
