Customer contacted Dallas Security Systems to have their badge printer repaired.
Dallas Security Systems reinstalled the printer and the client was able to give us the admin permissions so we could upgrade the software and load the workbench. DSS gave the client full permission on the printer. We also printed a few test cards with the workbench, and the client printed one with DSX with no issues.
