How would you rate your overall experience with Dallas Security Systems
Comment: I supervise the security for a large estate in Dallas. Recently we were hit with a lightning strike. 10% of the active 65 cameras were damaged or knocked offline. In addition, the alarm system was disabled. We immediately contacted an online technician and began the diagnosis of the system to determine the extent of damage and initiate the repair process. Using the online technician to evaluate the extent of damage also allowed us to arrange repair parts and cameras. The service department immediately scheduled two technicians to come onsite and complete the repair process. By close of business that day the alarm system was fully restored, and the video system was operational. By using on hand supplies and the onsite technicians\' ingenuity all but two cameras were fully operational. Outstanding service.
