Dallas Security Systems, Inc. (DSS) also takes a great deal of pride in our service after the sale is made and installation is completed. Like our Installation Department, all of our Service Technicians go through background checks and drug testing prior to starting work.
Our Service Technicians receive factory training on all types of burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems. We keep a number of loaner units and large replacement inventory to limit system downtime for our clients.
Our normal service hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We have technicians on call 24 hours a day in the event that an emergency call is necessary after hours or on weekends.
Maintenance Agreements are available with a number of options. They can be custom designed to meet your individual needs. For example, you can have a Maintenance Agreement to cover equipment only or one to cover repair labor only. Or, we can offer an agreement to cover both equipment and labor.
If you are having a difficult time getting your existing security service on a prompt basis, check out DSS. In most cases, we offer same day service if the request is made before 12 noon. If the request is made after 12 noon, the call is normally made on the next day.
