Customer reached out to DSS to have WinDSX reprogrammed on their database. In lieu of the Dallas Security Systems controlling and monitoring the building DSX System, we changed it so that it is all done on the engineer's office computer. Next we transferred the card holder data. Then we re-programmed of all DSX database information. Lastly we programmed, tested, trained and made operational on the engineer's computer (meeting DSX spec's).
