Amy Monroe is an owner and executive leader of Dallas Security Systems, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership, human resources, talent strategy, and business management to the company.

Prior to taking an active leadership role at DSS, Amy built her career in executive and senior leadership positions across professional services firms in audit, tax, and consulting, as well as financial services, and technology organizations. Her experience includes leading human resources and talent functions, advising executive leadership, building and developing teams, and implementing organizational strategies and programs to support business growth.

Throughout her career, Amy has worked closely with executives and business leaders on organizational strategy, leadership development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational change. She has particular experience helping growing organizations build the people, processes, and infrastructure needed to support their continued development.

As an owner of Dallas Security Systems, Amy is focused on strengthening the company's organizational foundation, developing its people and leadership capabilities, and positioning DSS for continued growth while preserving the customer relationships, service standards, and values that have defined the company for decades.
