About Marty Monroe:

Marty Monroe is an owner and executive leader of Dallas Security Systems, bringing nearly three decades of financial, operational, and security-industry experience to the company.

Marty began his career with DSX Access Systems in the mid-1990s and has since played a key leadership role in the company's operations and financial management. Today, he leads the company's operations and serves as its Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the financial and operational disciplines that support the business.

During his tenure, Marty has gained extensive experience managing the financial and operational needs of a privately held technology company serving the security industry. DSX designs and manufactures access-control hardware and software in Texas and distributes its solutions through a worldwide network of trained dealers. 

His experience encompasses financial management, budgeting and planning, business operations, organizational decision-making, and the day-to-day disciplines required to support a longstanding and evolving business. Having spent the majority of his career in the security technology industry, Marty also brings to Dallas Security Systems a deep understanding of the industry's products, dealer relationships, customers, and operating environment.

As an owner of Dallas Security Systems, Marty is focused on the company's financial strength, operational performance, and long-term growth. Together with his sister, Amy Monroe, he is helping lead the next chapter of the family business while maintaining the service, relationships, and reputation that DSS has built over nearly five decades.
