• Comment: I called DSS to have a tech come in the next day & I was so happy to see Rudy show up right on time & was able to fix our system issue right away. He took the time to inform me the cause of the issue & how to prevent it. Rudy was punctual, very informative, professional & friendly. Before he left he made sure he answered all my questions.
