• Comment: I called DSS to come look at my parking garage access gates for my commercial property and I was more than satisfied with how the technician, Mr. Rudy, handled the situation. He was already working on it by the time I arrived and made sure to test the system a few times with his work vehicle before he even thought about leaving. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with commercial vendors. Also, the office dispatch who set up the service call was very friendly. Thank you Mr. Rudy for your great communication and desire to fix my gate situation.
