Installed a DMP alarm system consisting of one XT50 control panel with keypad, two wireless door contacts, three wireless glass break detectors, and one wireless motion detector. Mounted the control panel above the network patch panel and installed the keypad on the front of the panel.

Installed wireless contacts on two exterior doors and placed glass break detectors in three rooms with windows. Added a motion detector in the front entry to provide coverage for the ceiling hatch.

Programmed all devices, tested the system for proper operation, and verified communication. Provided training to the customer on both the DMP keypad and the mobile app.

DSS installed four Axis license plate (LP) cameras and connected them to the existing Avigilon VMS. Two LP cameras were mounted on the trees in front of the house to capture license plates from both directions. A new black pole was installed near the alley entrance to support two additional LP cameras, also positioned to capture plates from both directions. All cameras were installed, cabled to the network switch, and programmed for proper operation. Each camera will be adjusted for the best angle and optimized to reliably capture license plates. Once installation is complete, all cameras will be tested to ensure proper functionality and full integration with the existing system.

Customer reached out to us to install new Uniview cameras in two of their buildings. In Building 3 we replaced (2) cameras on the 1st floor, replaced (2) cameras in the basement level, and added (2) new cameras in the garage level. All cabling and fiber will be located on the basement level. In Building 2 we replaced (2) cameras on the 1st floor, replaced (2) cameras in the basement level, and added (2) new cameras in the garage level. All cabling and fiber will be located in the 2nd floor phone room.  Next we tied all cameras in and connected them to the existing Uniview server in the garage. Lastly, we programmed and tested each camera for proper operation.

Customer called in to request the installation of an Aiphone. DSS installed the Aiphone master stations at three desk and one door station at the front entry. We also ran Aiphone cabling in between all units, wired each unit, programmed, and tested for proper operation. Lastly, we trained the customer on Aiphone operation.
