These systems are top notch. As a manager dealing with multiple locations, this has been the easiest most efficient security system we’ve had. Remote or on site, this is the way to go. The technician named Spencer explained to me the functionality of the system very well, and you can just tell these guys are the best at what they do. Again, thank you DSS!

Comment: My new salon needed a camera system with access control and your team did a fantastic job.

We've had a great experience with DSS since we opened a year ago. In addition to the standard burglar alarm sensors, we also use sensors attached to our DMP panel to monitor our walk-in coolers and freezer for higher-than-normal temperatures and a water bug for flooding. Any variance from the normal state causes a Supervisory Alarm (non-monitored) on the panel and send us a text with a super-loud notification tone. This literally saved us hundreds in food spoilage when a compressor failed. I would like to give a special shout-out to the Field Technician Spencer. Spencer installed our system, returning as many times as necessary to get everything set up as we wanted and stabilized. Since then, when we require a service call, we always request Spencer -- and actually wait longer for him to be available. He has a funny, grouchy demeanor that is endearing but more importantly, he is well-versed in the system configurations and when he encounters an unknown, he will persist, read manuals and other resources, call in to internal experts and even manufacturers until he comes up with the solution or at least and acceptable workaround. We appreciate him a great deal --- he can NEVER LEAVE DSS! We need him! Thanks DSS!

Spencer is a rock star! Great service and professionalism. (2 Weeks Later) Today, had Scott come out and do some additional work and these guys are great.

Comment: Called in the morning for service on access system. Scott D. arrived same day to fix our problem. Scott was courteous and very knowledgeable on the system. Scott adjusted the timers for the door which solved our issued. Great service as always from DSS.
