Our tech, Scott, came out and quickly fixed our door problem and helped us with a couple of questions we had about operations. He was very friendly and willing to help us.

Rudy was fantastic; he solved a door access code issue in a matter of minutes after arriving. Even was out on the same day our building management called! He simply made everything work after taking the time to learn what we required!

Comment: Floyd is always gracious and gets us back in tip top shape whenever we have any camera issues. Floyd does an excellent job and figures out what the issue is and corrects it, he takes his time and is very thorough. We appreciate you for all you do.

Rudy was amazing! He explained what the issue could be with our maglock not working and stopped by to fix our clickers the same day!

Called after several doors on the building I manage stopped working. We have a maintenance contract with DSS and I was not sure this would get covered. They showed up within two hours and covered the repairs that they made immediately. Special thanks to the technician Scott D.

Always great to have DSS come out to help us out. Scott D has serviced us for that last couple of years and he's great. Always asks if there is anything more he can do whenever he visits when we need some technical work.

I had the pleasure of having Spencer fix my front door which would not allow my alarm to be activated. He took the time to find the best solution to fix the problem. After he was done, he tried to shake the door from the inside and outside to see if the problem had been corrected which it was. He also gave me a quick explanation of how my keypad works!!!
