A huge shout out to Tony at Dallas Security Systems. He was on time, resolved our issues promptly, and did it with a smile. We have been customers since 1980 and I recommend this company.

I called DSS to have a tech come in the next day & I was so happy to see Rudy show up right on time & was able to fix our system issue right away. He took the time to inform me the cause of the issue & how to prevent it. Rudy was punctual, very informative, professional & friendly. Before he left he made sure he answered all my questions.

I called DSS to come look at my parking garage access gates for my commercial property and I was more than satisfied with how the technician, Mr. Rudy, handled the situation. He was already working on it by the time I arrived and made sure to test the system a few times with his work vehicle before he even thought about leaving. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with commercial vendors. Also, the office dispatch who set up the service call was very friendly. Thank you Mr. Rudy for your great communication and desire to fix my gate situation.

Scott came out to check out a sensor and went above and beyond to get sensors working I didn’t even know were broken. Also helped me get set up on the mobile app which is a HUGE help!

We had a service call to address some low sensor batteries. Scott Dunkin was extremely helpful. He showed us how to access the batteries and even checked all other sensors and replaced those batteries. He went above and beyond. I’m very happy with the service provided.
