Dallas Security Systems furnished and installed a Brivo access control system at the business. The system secures the front entry door and provides credentialed access using Brivo mobile credentials, building-issued Brivo cards, and existing legacy HID Prox cards.

This project involved upgrading surveillance coverage by replacing two existing exterior bullet cameras with new 180° panoramic models and repurposing the removed cameras to improve visibility in other key areas. DSS removed the two current bullet cameras on the west and north sides of the building and installed the new panoramic units in their place, ensuring proper mounting, aiming, and testing for optimal coverage. The removed bullet cameras were reinstalled at new locations per the site drawings—one inside the warehouse covering the northwest entry and one at the exterior front entrance. All necessary cabling and hardware was provided, installed, and tested to confirm clear video feeds. DSS also installed and configured Uniview Tec software on three customer‑provided PCs and assisted with setting up the Uniview mobile app on user smartphones for remote access. Upon completion, all cameras were verified for live view, recording, and playback functionality, and authorized users received a walkthrough and basic system training.

Dallas Security Systems furnished and installed a Brivo access control system to secure the front entry door at the Dallas Parkway location. The installation included a Brivo Tri‑Tech smart reader capable of accepting Brivo mobile credentials, Brivo Smart Cards, and legacy HID Prox cards issued by the building. An HES 4500 electric strike was provided and installed, with necessary modifications made to the aluminum frame to ensure proper fitment. A door position switch and request‑to‑exit motion sensor were added to provide accurate door status monitoring and allow authorized egress while maintaining forced‑door alert capabilities. OSDP composite cabling was run from the door to the equipment room in Suite 755, with all wiring neatly routed, labeled, and tested. A Brivo ACS300 control panel and dedicated lock power supply were installed to support the system. Once all hardware was in place, Dallas Security Systems programmed the system, enrolled credentials, configured access schedules, and tested all components to ensure reliable operation. Final documentation, labeling, and warranty information were provided at project closeout.

This scope of work covers the replacement of three existing low‑resolution cameras at a gas station in Cedar Hill. The current cameras have scratched lenses and produce poor image quality, so each unit will be upgraded to a higher‑resolution model for clearer, more detailed video. One existing camera mounted on a pole will be replaced with a new 4MP vari‑focal bullet camera, requiring an extension ladder for access. A second camera will be replaced with a new 180° panoramic camera, and the third will be upgraded to a 4K turret camera with a 2.8mm lens. All new cameras will be installed in the same mounting locations, using secure and weather‑resistant hardware as needed. Each camera will be properly aimed, focused, and tested to ensure optimal field of view and image clarity. The system will be verified to confirm that all cameras are recording correctly and fully integrated with the existing video management system. Equipment includes a 4K ColorHunter 180° turret camera (IP67/IK10), a 4MP vari‑focal bullet camera with IR and matching junction box, and a 4K turret camera with a 2.8mm lens.

Customer called DSS to have a new Brivo access control system installed. Our team mounted the new controllers on the wall in the designated room, transferred the necessary information, and fully programmed the system. We followed protocol until every door was successfully migrated to and tested on the new system.  Dallas Security Systems also provided a training class to the end user(s) of whom will manage the new system.

Customer contacted Dallas Security Systems to install a card reader. DSS pulled the reader cabling from the Prayer Garden Entry Door to the Electrical Room where the DSX Control Panel resides.  We then, dropped the reader wire down the frame and installed the mullion mount reader. Lastly we programmed and tested the system.

Customer contacted DSS becuase they were experiencing outages in two  Digital Watchdog cameras. We installed three new cameras and added them to the system. We also adjusted the cameras for best coverage and verified video on the server.

Customer contacted DSS to replace exterior camera with the newest multi-head camera available from Avigilon. We installed new multi lens camera for south lobby entry exterior and programmed IP address and tagged camera. Next we verified recording on camera and updated views for new camera on the lobby security desk and dock security work stations.
