I started working for Dallas Security Systems in 1995 where I have thrived and become proficient in several types of systems.

In 2000, I met my wife who helped me overcome colon cancer when I turned 40.

We were married in 2005 and now have two boys, aged 13 and 10. I love working with my hands and enjoy fishing and camping with my family. We are an active part of our Boy Scout Troop and enjoy volunteering. My work involves fixing security systems and meeting new people.

I have had the privilege of meeting President George Bush, George Bush Senior, and a Prince who lived in Dallas.

I enjoy working for Dallas Security Systems, as they are a good honest solid company. I have worked my way up to a Senior Service Technician where I enjoy coming to work every day.

Called after several doors on the building I manage stopped working. We have a maintenance contract with DSS and I was not sure this would get covered. They showed up within two hours and covered the repairs that they made immediately. Special thanks to the technician Scott D.

Repaired Badge Reader at a Manufacturing Company

Customer reached out to DSS to repair the reader for the main car entrance gate. We urgently responded to this request as the gate was on a timer and would open automatically, posing a threat to their security. We were able to troubleshoot the issue and determined that we needed to pull new wire out to the gate. We insured the gate worked properly with the client.

Reinstall Maglock for a Real Estate Firm

Customer contacted us to reinstall a maglock. We removed two old armatures and installed two 4854 armatures and two 301332 armature housings. We insured that the magnetic lock worked properly before leaving.

Repaired Intercom and Motion detector for a Real Estate Firm

Customer called DSS because their motion detector was not releasing the door. While we were there, we also discovered the intercom was unplugged so we plugged it up. To repair the motion detector, we programmed the exit request in the DSX system and verified the doors were working.

Repair DSX Panel for Apartment Building

Customer contacted DSS because they were experiencing issues with the DSX controller located on the elevator. The elevator controller kept going into communication loss. We replaced the DSX 1043 panel with a new panel and verified the elevators were working. We also replaced two batteries in the DSX panels located in the elevator control room.

Opened up a new daycare center and needed a security system with access control for employees. Upon getting the call from customer we visited the site same day and gave an estimate... we installed digital watchdog outdoor all weather cameras, DSX access control and DMP burglar alarm system.
