Customer contacted DSS to repair their cameras. DSS was able to troubleshoot 11 cameras, discovering that the Luxul AMS-1816P POE switch was locked. We located the switch above the Tripp-Lite UPS. Lastly, we verified with the customer that all the cameras were operational and recording.
